Ham and Cheese Sliders
Submitted by Jake Beck - added 8/22/26
This is a recipe that Annika and I found, and use for dinner, gatherings, or just an easy snack!
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. salted butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced cooked deli honey ham
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, mustard, honey, dried parsley, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Slice the rolls in half as you would slice a bagel, separating the tops from the bottoms. Place the layer of bottoms into the prepared baking pan, cut side up.
- Layer half of the ham onto the rolls. Next, layer the Swiss cheese over the ham, and top with remaining ham slices. Place the layer of tops onto the sandwiches.
- Brush all of the butter mixture evenly over the rolls then cover with foil. At this point you can cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours, or bake immediately.
- Bake covered sliders in the preheated oven for 12 minutes. Remove the foil from the baking pan, return the sliders to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
