Lemonade Pie
Submitted by Sam & Jessica Christensen - added 8/20/26
My (Jessica’s) mother used to make this all the time when I was a kid. It was simple and so delicious. My siblings and I would beg for this every summer!
Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1/2 gal. of vanilla ice cream (not vanilla bean, just plain vanilla!)
- 1 can (tube?) of lemonade concentrate (freezer section at grocery store)
Instructions
- Dump entire 1/2 gal of vanilla ice cream into a kitchen aid or large mixing bowl (ice cream should be melted enough to stir easily)
- Dump 1 can (tube?) of lemonade concentrate into the bowl with the ice cream.
- Mix well until ingredients are fully combined and pour into graham cracker pie crust. Place in freezer for 3-4 hours and then slice and enjoy a yummy lemon ice cream pie treat! It’s very simple and delicious, perfect for the summer!
- Don’t allow ice cream to fully melt in the bowl, just soft enough that it still holds shape but can easily be mixed with the lemonade.
- Enjoy!
