Submitted by Landon & Mikaela Adams - added 8/17/26
Jello Pretzel Salad is a staple in the midwest. Normally it's Strawberry, but my family liked to spice it up with Raspberry Jello...
Ingredients
- 2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 oz. raspberry Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 10 oz. frozen raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- For the FIRST LAYER, mix the pretzels, melted butter, and sugar together. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake for 8 minutes. Remove and cool.
- For the SECOND LAYER, beat sugar into cream cheese and stir in whipped topping. Spread over cooled pretzels.
- For the THIRD LAYER, mix Jell-O, water, and raspberries. Stir and set aside for 10 minutes. Pour over cream cheese mixture.
- Chill thoroughly.
